I get it. This anxiety was the result of painful experiences, and you're worried about revisiting that pain. That’s why this mini-course is designed to meet you where you’re at. There’s no quick fix to mental health. Healing is possible, but it takes time as we reconnect with ourselves. The perspective shifts and tools provided in the mini course will enhance the speed and process of genuine healing, reconnection with your authentic self, and safety in your body. However, it will not be the last step to your healing as that is a process that takes time and support. What I have witnessed in others is that learning this information is a significant support that enhances and accelerates the healing process experienced in their individual therapy.
